Information we collect

When you contact us or fill in a form we collect your name, email address, phone number, your message, how you heard about us, the page you were on, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. If you take part in a study, we collect health information as described in that study's informed consent form.

How we use it

To respond to you, to check whether a study may suit you, to schedule appointments and remind you of them, and to run studies under the approval of an institutional review board. We do not sell personal or health information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us, who may use it only for that purpose. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Health information

Health information you share as a study participant is protected under applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies, and under each study's informed consent. We do not send detailed medical information by text or email.
